Yes. KOK-FASHION supports worldwide shipping, subject to carrier availability and destination restrictions.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping usually takes 8-14 business days after dispatch. Express shipping is available for $35 USD.

Is shipping free?

Standard shipping is free on orders over $150 USD. Shipping options are shown during checkout.

How do I choose shoe size?

Use the US, UK, and EU size selector on each shoe product. If between sizes, compare with your usual sneaker size before ordering.

Can I return an item?

You can request a return within 5 days after delivery if the item is unused, unworn, and in eligible condition.

Where is my tracking number?

Tracking is provided after dispatch. Once the carrier scans the parcel, updates can be checked on the Track Order page.
